I have a new found love for square cropping too. Sometimes, an image that doesn't work in a regular format looks fantastic in a square. :)

Now that I am in love with it, I compose for the square crop. I rarely see things as landscape/portrait unless it is a landscape/or portrait LOL.. even then, I think SQUARE

See great patters and you always will find a good picture. Symmetry is fantastic in abstract images, especially when they consist not only of the patterns but also of great textures. Like this one does xx

I see in widescreen . . .

My barn is similar to that, but you can't see light through the boards.

Noise structure! =D

I used to have an HDRi shot, but I guess that was from my old account. I'll look for it.

I'll tell you, once I went out to the barn, and there were carpenter ants swarming. It freaked me out, I hate insects that destroy my stuff. Well, we had the damage fixed, and we bugbomb the barn every Spring, even before any ants are awake. But I just hate that building. AND there are always small critters in it shitting all over. There's no way to keep them out.

It used to be insulated, but squirrels, field mice, and chipmunks nested in the insulation so we tore it out. The place smells like squirrel shit or something. I just hate going out there . . . I have an avoidance thing. lol

ha ha this was taken last year or the year before on my son's field trip. It's a great place where kids can learn about real hard labor, how farmer take care of themselves..excellent on hand education.

I can hear your thought process "Come here and I'll give you an on hands education" :D :flirty: ha ha
